Credit Accounts Receivable Analyst
Credit Accounts Receivable Analyst Robert Half has partnered with a large organization in the manufacturing industry that is currently seeking an Credit Accounts Receivable Analyst due to company growth. This is a critical position to the growing credit and finance department as this person is responsible for accounts receivable and credit duties for their corporate office. This individual would be reporting to the Credit Manager and Controller and support the credit and collections activity for domestic and international business. This quickly growing team is searching for a self-starter and someone who can hit the ground running! Ideal candidates will come with 5 years of credit analysis experience in the manufacturing industry and have experience with an ERP software and MS Excel. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Perform credit analysis on accounts through references and D B
* Analyze customer financial condition and authorize customer credit lines
* Resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues
* Document all customer payments to the right reports
* Prepare monthly Credit and Collections reports
* Accurately process bankruptcy filings when received
* Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment
* Act as liaison in maintaining quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
* Abide by all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, working knowledge of accounts receivable and credit analysis, experience working with Dun and Bradstreet (D B) reports, be able multitask, team player, and be able to work with multiple parts of the organization- finance, operation, contracts. They are offering a competitive salary ranging from $50,000-$55,000 depending on experience along with a terrific benefits package!
