**Description:**


Otis Elevator Company is the world's largest manufacturer and service provider of people-moving products, including elevators, escalators and moving walkways. Otis is a unit of United Technologies Corp., a leading provider to the aerospace and building systems industries worldwide.


The Customer Portal Product Analyst will be responsible for the application design, build, and maintenance of Otis' new Customer Portal. This individual will work closely with the business and digital product managers to define and design functionality that will create a great user experience for Otis' customers. The individual will need to work with infrastructure, operations, and security teams as well as 3rd party vendors.


**RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Work closely with business and digital product managers to define and design customer portal user experience

+ Define solutions that align with user stories and meet IT compliance policies

+ Manage the Customer Portal application and all its environments

+ Work with 3rd party vendors to build and test new functionality

+ Manage and execute all integration testing, user testing, performance testing, etc.

+ Work with the business to help coordinate user acceptance testing

+ Define and execute implementation of new customer portal globally

+ Work with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Customer Portal aligns to company policies

+ Work with the operations team to ensure smooth deployments between environments and production

+ Manage 3rd party support team to ensure post implementation tickets are being addressed properly with our global user base

+ Define solutions for complex support issues

+ Drive development team to meet delivery dates and milestones

+ Work with product managers to define and execute deployment plans

+ Create global processes and documentation on integrating to new customer portal

+ Work with global teams to integrate their local systems with the new customer portal

+ Work with cross functional teams to define and design end to end solutions with the customer portal

+ Work with multiple engineering and digital teams to integrate their applications with the customer portal

+ Analyze usage data to help determine areas for improvement or new functionality

+ Provide status updates to Otis Digital leadership

+ Implement new functionality using the agile methodology


**Qualification:**


+ Demonstrated experience working in the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform

+ Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft ASP.NET and/or Node

+ Ability to resolve technical conflicts

+ Ability to work with team members around the globe

+ Able to manage 3rd party vendors and effectively communicate direction

+ Have good communication skills with the ability to communicate with people with varying degrees of technical knowledge

+ Possess strong analytical thinking skills

+ Demonstrated experience working on projects using agile methodology

+ Ability to manage multiple streams of work with different delivery dates

+ Ability to be a team player on a large team; Experience working on a product team is a plus

+ Ability to deliver to deadlines and raise risks

+ Able to determine intermediary steps needed to complete a task with little guidance

+ Possess good sense of urgency to identify potential problems and work to resolve

+ Self-motivating and able to determine tasks to complete with little guidance


**Education:**


+ Bachelor's degree
